Pieces of a Coherent Whole can be considered a summary of the books “The Art of Living” “Well, The Art of Thinking Clearly”, “The Healing of Life”, and “The Happiness Project”, but unlike the usual Hub books, which recommend a kind of false positive thinking. , This book takes place in a completely realistic atmosphere. The book is essentially non-fiction, but traces of the stories and stories that the author has taken from the experience of his patients can be seen in it. The book is written in nine chapters around the axis of self-knowledge and inward looking, each of which is divided into short sections of one to three pages. It starts with recognizing the highest level of human relationships and eventually reaches human beings alone, and shows that with self-knowledge, intimacy and more stable relationships can be established. The book realistically asks you to accept yourself and, ultimately, find peace.
