هلن فیشر، زاده ی ۳۱ می ۱۹۴۵، دانشمند، محقق در زمینه ی انسان شناسی و نویسنده ای آمریکایی است. عمده ی فعالیت فیشر در زمینه ی رفتارشناسی انسان است. او محقق ارشد موسسه ی کینزی در دانشگاه ایندیانا و عضو مرکز مطالعات تکاملی انسان در گروه انسان شناسی در دانشگاه راتگرز است. فیشر پیش از همکاری با دانشگاه راتگرز، پژوهشگر موزه ی تاریخ طبیعی آمریکا در نیویورک بود.
