Oliver Brendan Jeffers MBE is an Australian-born Northern Irish artist, illustrator and writer. He went to the integrated secondary school Hazelwood College, then graduated from the University of Ulster in 2001. He relocated back to Northern Ireland in the early 2020s after a spell living and working in Brooklyn.

الیور جفرز، زاده ی سال 1977، هنرمند، تصویرگر و نویسنده ی ایرلندی است که اکنون در بروکلین آمریکا زندگی و کار می کند. او در سال 2001 از دانشگاه اولستر فارغ التحصیل شد. آثار جفرز، از نقاشی گرفته تا تصویرگری و خلق کتاب های مصور، در شهرهایی چون نیویورک، برلین، دوبلین، لندن، سیدنی و واشنگتن دی. سی. به نمایش گذاشته شده اند.
