Siberian Crane درنای سیبری – نمایشنامه

A play by Ali Foumani consists of four stories unfolding across twelve scenes. Within the structure of this play, four monologues are trying to turn into a dialogue. “Omid”, the sole survivor of the western population of Siberian cranes, journeyed alone to Iran for fifteen years following the passing of his mate, “Arezoo”. Omid’s fifteenth autumn migration to Iran occurred in 2022. In the autumn of 2023, Omid did not make his journey to Iran. In Persian Omid means hope. This play is a memory of hope, the story of women who do not give up. Ali Foumani, born in 1978, is a poet, writer, and theater director. He is suffering from a chronic and challenging illness that is named “hopefulness”.

علی فومنی، متولدِ ۱۳۵۷، شاعر، نویسنده و کارگردانِ تئاتر است. او به بیماریِ مزمن و سختی مبتلاست که تلاش‌ها برای درمانش تا کنون بی‌نتیجه مانده؛ نامِ بیماریِ او «امید» است.
