About Author:
Author Paulo Coelho was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on August 24, 1947. He attended a Jesuit school. As a teenager, Coelho wanted to become a writer. His parents were not in favor of this decision because they wanted something more substantial and secure for him (his father was an engineer). At 17, Coelho’s introversion and opposition to his parents led them to commit him to a mental institution (he escaped three times before being released at the age of 20). He then enrolled in law school because of their aspirations for him. At that point, he abandoned his ideas of becoming a writer. He stayed in law school for one year. In 1986, Coelho walked the 500-plus mile Road of Santiago de Compostela in northwestern Spain, a turning point in his life. On the path, he had a spiritual awakening, which he described autobiographically in his book, The Pilgrimage. Before becoming a full-time author, he worked as theatre director and actor, lyricist and journalist. He wrote song lyrics for many famous performers in Brazilian music, such as Elis Regina, Rita Lee, and Raul Seixas. His first book, Hell Archives, was published in 1982. He has written over 25 books since then including The Alchemist, Brida, The Fifth Mountain, The Devil and Miss Prym, Eleven Minutes, The Zahir, The Witch of Portobello, and Like a Flowing River. He has won numerous awards for his work including Las Pergolas Prize 2006 by the Association of Mexican Booksellers, The Budapest Prize, Nielsen Gold Book Award, and the Grand Prix Litteraire Elle. In 1996, Coelho founded the Paulo Coelho Institute, which provides aid to children and elderly people with financial problems. In September 2007, Coelho was named a Messenger of Peace to the United Nations. He and his wife, Christina Oiticica, split their time between Europe and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

کتاب “عشق ورای ایمان”نوشته نوسینده برزیلی ” پائولو کوئیلو” میباشد که در آن با کمک گرفتن از اثر یک روحانی مسیحی غیر رسمی،به جنبه های گوناگون این زندگی از جمله عشق و ایمان می پردازد.
“کوئیلو” که بیشتر آثار محوریت عشق را شامل میشود در این اثر نیز با خواننده را درگیر این موضوع میکند که آیا انسان رسالتی جز عشق بر گردنش است؟
او برای درک بهتر موضوع و نگاهی متفاوت نسبت به دیگر آثارش،از روحانی مسیحی به نام “هنری دراموند”کمک گرفته است.هنری که روحانی غیر رسمی در زمان خود به حساب می آید بدون وابستگی به به تشکیلات سیاسی،مدرس علوم طبیعی بود و گاها در جمع های کوچک در مورد انسان و رونشگری وی صحبت میکرد.در همین راستا کتابی با عنوان “موهبت الهی” در یک قرن پیش به چاپ رسانده که زیباترین کتاب ها درباره عشق می باشد.
“پائولو کوئیلو” با کمک از این کتاب،بازنویسی بر آن انجام داده که منجر به خلق دیدگاهی نو در نظریات او در مورد عشق شده و پند ها و اندرزهای دراموند را به شکلی دیگر به خواننده ارائه میدهد.
درباره نویسنده:
پائولو کوئیلو دسوزا، زاده ی 24 آگوست 1947، ترانه سرا و رمان نویس برزیلی است.کوئیلو از اوایل دوران نوجوانی قصد داشت که نویسنده شود. درون گرایی و سرکشی های کوئیلو در 17سالگی، والدینش را بر آن داشت تا او را در یک آسیاشگاه روانی بستری کنند. او قبل از مرخص از شدن در بیست سالگی، سه بار از این آسایشگاه فرار کرد.کوئیلو در سال 1982 اولین کتاب خود را منتشر کرد که به موفقیت چندانی نرسید اما با انتشار کتاب کیمیاگر، نام او بر سر زبان ها افتاد.پائولو کوئیلو در سال 1980 با هنرمندی به نام کریستینا اویتیسیکا ازدواج کرد. این زوج اکنون در شهر ژنو در سوییس زندگی می کنند.
